退貨與退款政策

Nabisen 希望每位顧客都能滿意您的購物體驗。

1. Return Eligibility

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period upon receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new and unused condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

一、退貨資格

依據台灣《消費者保護法》規定，消費者享有商品到貨後 7 日鑑賞期權益。

申請退貨時，商品須符合以下條件：

• 商品須保持全新且未使用狀態。

• 商品原包裝、吊牌及配件須完整保留。

• 商品不得有穿著痕跡、污損、清洗或人為損壞情形。

2. How to Request a Return

二、如何申請退貨

3. Return Shipping Fees

• Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: Return shipping costs will be covered by Nabisen.
• Personal preference or non-defective returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

三、退貨運費

• 商品瑕疵、商品錯誤或運送損壞：退貨運費由 Nabisen 負擔。

• 個人因素或非商品瑕疵退貨：退貨運費由顧客自行負擔。

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

四、退款方式

收到退回商品並完成檢查後：

• 將於 7 個工作天內完成退款作業。

• 款項將退回至原付款方式。

• 實際入帳時間依各銀行或支付機構作業時間而定。

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or product, please return the original item and place a

new order.

五、換貨說明

目前我們不提供直接換貨服務。

若需更換尺寸或商品款式，請先完成退貨後重新下單購買。

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final-sale products.
• Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

六、不適用退貨商品
